Dessert & Ice Cream Toppings

Toppings are the finishing sauces and fruit pieces that go on once a dessert is made. This section brings together our topping sauces, for squeezing or pumping over sundaes, cheesecakes and crepes, and our fruit sundae toppings, which add chunks of fruit in a thick sauce to puddings and ice cream.

Sauce or Sundae Topping?

Go for a topping sauce when you want a smooth drizzle, and a sundae topping when you want a chunkier, spoonable finish on brownies, crepes or a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Colac makes both styles, and there is a matching pump for its sauces if you serve in volume.

Which Flavours Are There?

Fruity, chocolatey and caramel flavours sit alongside some playful ones, such as Unicorn (a raspberry sauce) and Blue Bear (blue bubblegum flavour).
