Chocolate Truffle Shells

Chocolate truffle shells are hollow, ready-made spheres that you pipe with a filling, close and enrobe. They give large batches of truffles a consistent look, taste and texture, and save hours compared with shelling your own. Ours are made from core-grade couverture from brands such as Callebaut, in dark, milk and white chocolate.

How Do I Make Truffles With Shells?

Fill with your own ganache or one of our ready-made fillings, enrobe in your house chocolate, then finish by dusting with cocoa powder or lustre dust, or rolling in nuts or chocolate splitters. Because every shell is the same size, you can build a varied, good-looking truffle selection quickly and price each piece with confidence.
