Dried Fruit

Dried fruit brings sweetness, chew and colour to chocolate bars, bonbons, bakes and ice cream, and it works in savoury cooking too. Choose from raisins, sultanas, whole cranberries, chopped apricots, cut mixed peel, and whole or chopped dates, all ready to fold straight into a recipe without any soaking or chopping.

Which Dried Fruit Goes With Chocolate?

Cranberries add a tart fruitiness to white chocolate bars, and chopped apricots make a delicious addition to a dark chocolate bar. Raisins are the classic choice for a rum and raisin flavoured ice cream, while sultanas and dates are dependable staples for bakes.

What Is Cut Mixed Peel Used For?

Mixed peel is the traditional fruit in hot cross buns and Christmas cake. Ours is a blend of orange and lemon peel, at around 45% orange and 11% lemon, so it gives a citrus lift to festive baking and fruit loaves.
