Toffee, Caramel, Nougat & Fudge

Toffee, caramel, nougat and fudge inclusions bring chew, crunch and a salty-sweet edge to chocolate and bakes. Stir them into traybakes and cakes, use them to fill chocolates and pastries, scatter them over ice cream and desserts, or press them onto bars and bark before the chocolate sets.

Which Nigay Caramel Should I Choose?

Nigay, the caramel specialist, makes three of the pieces here. Caramel Crunch made with Salted Butter gives a buttery, salty snap, Caramel Flakes add a sweet finish, and Salt and Pepper Caramel Flakes bring a savoury lift to dark chocolate and desserts.

What About Nougat and Fudge?

Montelimar Nougat is a soft almond nougat, and it is worth enrobing in your house dark chocolate. Chocolate Fudge Brownie Pieces and Caramel Fudge Pieces give a gentle chew in cookies and blondies, and Toffee Pieces add a firmer bite to biscuits and muffins.
