Adding a layer of crispy crushed wafer or crumbled biscuit gives a fabulous texture to your creations, whether you stir it into your ganache or praliné, or crumble over ice cream before serving. Try coating with your favourite chocolate and separating so that it sets into chocolatey, crispy shards that can be used to decorate any cake or dessert. Delicious!
