Our range of crunchy and crispy textured inclusions will add a satisfying crunch and delicious biscuity flavour to your creations! Sprinkle Lotus Biscoff Crumb on your blondies, traybakes and cheesecakes for a splash of that well-known caramelised biscuit taste. Crushed wafer, or Pailleté Feuilletine, is a fantastic addition to any pastry, cake or dessert. Adding a layer of crispy crushed wafer or crumbled biscuit gives a fabulous texture to your creations, whether you stir it into your ganache or praliné, or crumble over ice cream before serving. Try coating with your favourite chocolate and separating so that it sets into chocolatey, crispy shards that can be used to decorate any cake or dessert. Delicious!
