Chocolate Texture Sheets - Special Offers

A chocolate texture sheet presses a raised pattern into the surface of chocolate, where a transfer sheet adds colour. The sheets are reusable and double-sided, so either face gives a different effect, and after use you simply wash the sheet and put it away for next time.

How Do I Use a Texture Sheet?

For bark, pour tempered chocolate onto the sheet, scatter over any inclusions you fancy and leave it to set before peeling. For pralines, lay the sheet over a tray of freshly dipped centres, press down gently and peel it away to leave the pattern behind. The instructional video shows both methods.

Which Patterns Can I Choose?

Bark Effect, Woven and Hearts. You can go further by decorating the sheet with coloured cocoa butter or lustre dust before the chocolate goes on. Please note that chocolate texture sheets are subject to VAT.
