Colac Vegan Salted Caramel Topping Sauce gives gelato, desserts and sundaes a creamy, buttery caramel taste with a pinch of salt, and it is suitable for vegans.

Why Is This Salted Caramel Vegan? 

Coconut milk and coconut fat give it a rich, creamy body, while modified corn starch and carrageenan thicken it. Salt makes up 1.0% of the recipe, and a natural flavour rounds out the caramel. There is no added sugar: it is sweetened with maltitol instead, and it contains naturally occurring sugars. Contains maltitols. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. How to Use Vegan Salted Caramel Sauce 

Drizzle it over vegan gelato or sorbet, ripple it through a plant-based soft serve, or pour it over rolled crepes and pancakes. It is just as good finishing a sundae, a slice of chocolate cake or a dish of warm baked apples. Unopened, a bottle keeps for 24 months when stored away from light at no more than 25°C.
