How to Use Apple Raisin Cinnamon Topping 

Spoon it onto ice cream, gelato or sorbet, top pancakes and waffles with it and some whipped cream, or bake it inside pastries and serve hot or cold. Sealed, a jar lasts 24 months stored out of the light, dry and at 25°C or cooler. After opening, refrigerate it and finish it within 3 weeks.
