Colac White Chocolate Topping Sauce is sweet, smooth and made with real white chocolate. It is at its best over a fruit-flavoured or tart ice cream, where its smooth sweetness has something to play against.

It is made in Belgium with 12% white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, and the white chocolate carries a little vanilla extract of its own. It comes in a 1kg bottle with an anti-drip cap, so the counter stays clean between serves.

Pairing White Chocolate Sauce

Think of white chocolate sauce as the sweet half of a pairing. Raspberry, passion fruit, lemon and blackcurrant ice creams and sorbets all have the sharpness it needs. Over a plain vanilla or a milk ice cream it reads richer, so use a lighter hand. It also makes a clear contrast: a white drizzle stands out on a dark chocolate dessert or a red berry sundae.

Using It on the Counter

Drizzle it straight from the bottle over a sundae, a waffle or a slice of cheesecake, or swirl it through a milkshake before blending. If you serve it all day, our pump dispenser is made to fit the Colac topping sauces. Keep the bottle somewhere dark and dry at up to 25°C; unopened, it keeps for 18 months. The sauce contains milk and soya, and it is suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans.
