It is a thick, brown traditional caramel sauce, made in Belgium with sweetened condensed milk and sugar, in a 1kg bottle with an anti-drip cap.

Caramel and Toffee Sauce for Hot Drinks 

Hot drinks are where this sauce does most of its work on a café counter. Zigzag it inside a mug or glass before you pour a hot chocolate, a latte or a mocha, then finish the top with whipped cream and another drizzle. The bottle lets you put the same pattern on every cup, even when the queue is long. In summer the same bottle tops iced coffees, milkshakes and smoothies.

How to Use Caramel and Toffee Sauce 

Away from drinks, squeeze it over ice cream and gelato, sticky toffee pudding, pancakes, waffles and banoffee desserts. It contains milk, and Colac declare it suitable for vegetarians. Store the bottle somewhere dark and dry at up to 25°C; unopened, it keeps for 24 months. For busy counters we also stock a pump dispenser for Colac topping sauces.
