Culinary Alcohol Concentrates

Culinary alcohol intensifies the natural flavours and aromas of your sweet creations, giving your customers an even more indulgent experience. Whether you want to add a hint of almond or orange flavour to your ganache or cream with Amaretto or Cointreau, or simply want to amplify the taste of your other ingredients, our range of concentrated and neutral culinary alcohols has the perfect solution. Our rum concentrates are great for everything from Tiramisu to cannelé to rum cake!

These natural concentrates are made in exactly the same way as the original spirit or liqueur, using an altered distillation process. Their enhanced flavour and alcoholic strength make them perfectly suited for food production and much more economical to use than drinking liqueurs.

You may also be eligible to reclaim Excise Duty on your alcohol concentrates. To find out more, please contact your local Customs & Excise officer, visit the website https://www.hmrc.gov.uk or call 0845 010 9000.
