Because it is an oil, it goes where water-based flavourings cannot. Most of what you make - ganache, fudge, bakes, patisserie, ice cream - contains both fat and water, so it will take either the oil or the water-soluble option; tempered chocolate contains no water at all, and that is the job this bottle is for.

How to Use Florida Orange Flavour Oil 

This is a concentrate, so build the flavour drop by drop and taste as you go - the push-control dropper meters it out a drop at a time. Stir it into ganache or buttercream, work it through tempered couverture, or finish a sponge, a syrup or a sauce with a drop or two. Store the bottle tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
