This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Made from 100% ground premium almonds, this paste is a fantastic way to impart natural nut flavours into your chocolate and bakery creations. Almonds offer a unique flavour profile, blending sweetness and a mild bitterness with a nutty flavour. You could even introduce a hearty crunch with some tasty whole or chopped nuts!
The flavour of almond is probably most commonly associated with marzipan, but don’t let this limit your creativity!

- Make almond and chocolate plaits by spreading a mixture of chocolate and nut paste over your baked goods, post-bake
Flavour Pairings
Almonds pair particularly well with cherry, as they’re part of the same family and the cherry pit gives off an almond-like flavour. Honey and caramel are also great when paired with almond, as is coffee. And, of course, chocolate! Especially either Valrhona Amatika or Amatika Blanche dairy-free, vegan chocolates, Cacao Barry Alto el Sol, or Luker Peru dark chocolate.
Troubleshooting
Oil layer on top of product – Oil separation is completely normal with these all-natural nut pastes, simply use a sharp implement such as a skewer to pierce the surface in several places and leave for a while to reabsorb the oil before stirring until completely combined.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
UK Highlands/Islands and Republic of Ireland
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders will be dispatched on a 2 day service
- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
