A rounded, tropical coconut character that works drop by drop rather than desiccated by the handful. Our Coconut Flavour Drops are built from flavouring substances, water and propylene glycol, bringing coconut flavour into a mix without adding any coconut fat, fibre or texture of its own.

These drops are water soluble, so they suit anything carrying a water content - ganache, gelato, dessert creams and fondant. They will not work in tempered chocolate, which has no water at all and needs an oil-soluble flavouring instead; for a coconut-flavoured chocolate shell, flavour the filling rather than the shell itself.

How to Use Coconut Flavour Drops

A few drops go a long way: the dropper meters them out one at a time, and the maximum is 0.38% in foods (0.12% in drinks), so taste as the coconut builds. Use it to lift a ganache for coconut truffles, round out a gelato or sorbet base, or flavour a fondant or dessert filling. Keep the bottle tightly closed, in a dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
