Salted Butter Caramel

Nigay's caramel is made with salted butter, creating a premium filling for chocolates, bars, cakes and patisserie. You can also stir it into ice cream, sauces and hot chocolate drinks for a decadent finish.

Caramel Crunch and Flakes

Nigay caramel crunch has all the rich, sweet and slightly salted flavour of the classic caramel with a crunchy texture that sets it apart, perfect as an inclusion or topping for chocolate, ice cream and desserts. Our range also includes caramel flakes and salt and pepper caramel flakes for an unexpected twist.
