Martellato Chocolate Moulds & Guitar Cutters

Martellato is a renowned Italian company producing professional equipment for chocolatiers, pastry chefs, gelaterias and the catering industry. From guitar cutters for a precise cut to moulds in almost every shape and size, Martellato makes everything a chocolatier could need. Everything but the chocolate, that is.

Praline and Bar Moulds

Our Martellato moulds run from domed bonbons, half spheres, hearts, pyramids and teardrops to Quadrato geometric pralines, leaf cups and round twirls. For bars, choose the rippled regular bar, the sleek snack bar or the plain rectangular snacking bar, and for the seasons there are half egg moulds, a 3D Mr Bunny figure and lollipop moulds in star, tree, pumpkin and skull shapes.

Guitar Cutters and Tools

The mini guitar cutter and guitar cutter frames in 22.5mm and 30mm sizes cut ganache into clean, even pieces every time. You'll also find a stainless steel scraper and an infra-red thermometer for checking your chocolate as you temper. See the Martellato guitar cutter in action in our video.

Trusted by Professionals

Many of the mould designs are in regular rotation with high-profile chefs and chocolate artisans, so you can rely on them batch after batch.

Who Is Martellato For?

Chocolatiers, pastry chefs and gelaterias who want to put their own personal touch on a bonbon collection, or simply need a textbook bar shape.
