Made with powdered yuzu juice, cocoa butter and sugar, Valrhona Yuzu Inspiration isn’t actually a chocolate, but does offer a different kind of zest… A citrus fruit often described as a hybrid of lemon and lime in flavour, this is a wonderful way to add some punch to your chocolate or bakery products

Application Ideas

If you haven’t worked with Yuzu before, we’ve popped a few ideas below to get things started:

  • Add to cream mixes for a layer of zesty-ness – Incorporate into your white chocolate mousse, ganache or whipped cream!
  • Grate Feves atop your dessert – A New York cheesecake slice to a Victoria sponge, any dessert in need of a citrus kick will pair beautifully.
  • Add a Feve for decoration (and a fruity surprise!) – The classic Valrhona Feve not only ties your dessert décor together, but also means your customers get that classic ‘zing’!
