Mayku FormBox & Cast Sheets

Mayku has opened up a world of possibilities by giving you the ability to make your own moulds. Known at Keylink for the FormBox, it's used by everyone from chocolatiers and soap makers to designers and plant pot creators, because it's portable, easy to use and affordable.

How the FormBox Works

If you've seen a vacuum former in action, you'll already know the process. Take the shape you want to copy, heat a Mayku cast sheet in the FormBox and form it around the shape. Once the sheet cools, you have a mould ready to fill.

Moulds From Almost Anything

The FormBox can make moulds from everyday objects, 3D-printed designs and your own handmade creations. You can use each mould again and again, and making your own can save a great deal compared with buying a custom mould for every project.
