Where do the beans in this Very Bitter Dark Chocolate come from?
70-30-38 is a delicious blend of beans from Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador. As you would expect, these beans are all grown and harvested in line with the principles of the Cocoa Horizons programme.
What should I pair Very Bitter Dark Chocolate with?
This is a chocolate with a lower fluidity, so it’s a perfect choice for enrobing and moulding, as well as for use in baking. It’s great for giving a boost of chocolate to desserts, bakes and ice cream.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
