Ready-mixed cocoa butter colours from Roxy & Rich and Mona Lisa Studio can be used with airbrush spray guns to decorate and colour your cakes and confections. Or alternatively, by hand - painted or flicked directly onto finished (tempered and still-wet) chocolate or patisserie.
